Only 8 songs but it took them 1.5 years to record. Perfectionism.
I just can't stand this. It was ruined by repetition for me at work in the 90s. I thought I would enjoy it after all this time but it gives me a nauseating headache.
After I listened to this twice, I went from a 3 to a 4. I reacted badly to the last song at first, but then I realized the reverberating "anxiety" "depression" and "therapy" meant that they were not exploiting the taped radio caller.
I wish I had known about this album when I was into lying on the floor and going on a musical journey.
This sounds great and is relaxing but doesn't make me feel any emotion. It's like 80s lounge music. 4/5
This is both familiar and experimental. The best new thing I've been introduced to on the list. How have I never heard of this band?
When I first put this on I thought "who would sit around listening to this when not in a club in 1999" but by the time we got to song 10 I was really into it.
This album is just not for me. It is depressing for some reason.
