Couple really good songs off the album. Although I think there were a more just ok filler songs.

Liked the overall vibe of the album, but it was a little too airy I think. Still would listen again, but it didn’t knock my socks off and there wasn’t one song that I’d immediately listen to again.

Lots of amazingly recognizable tunes. I don’t know my history, but if this is the origin of these licks, it’s amazing.

For an album from the 90’s it fit with a lot of stuff that I listen to today. I can feel the inspiration for a lot of other songs.

Only three stars because I’d feel bad putting two. There are some good tracks, but it all feels like one huge song that’s just kinda ok.

Why do the bass lines on this album rip so hard? 😭

Solid mid 80's hip hop record. Didn't feel supremely groundbreaking, nor is it bad. I am partial to this sound, so I like it. I don't think I'm going to go out of my way to listen to it all the time.
