I dunno if I would have done 4* if there wasn’t nostalgia attached to the songs for me. Didn’t realise I knew 50% of the album. Roll with it and morning glory are my faves. (And already known) Shoutout cast no shadow. Listened to first time and made me feel a lot
Really theatrical. I feel like the do really good beginning and endings of songs. I wanna actually give it 3.5 but my phones not letting me.
If I’d have been around when this first came out I’m sure I would have popped my puss to this. Liked some of the instrumental bits. Kind of feels like an album a fictitious band in a film would make, to me. Overall not for me
It was nice background music for my train journey but not for me. Think it would be good music to soundtrack a film tho
Love Fela Kuti, “Zombie” was my favourite song of the album. You hit me with a saxophone and a strong drum beat, and I’m in.

This made me laugh. Not ‘at’ the album , but it created a whole story in my head so props for sparking my imagination. 2.5
I really appreciate their sense of humour.
