Odessey And Oracle
The ZombiesPretty cool, not my genre 100%, but i could see myself re-listening and gaining deeper enjoyment. Neat to hear some songs ive heard in movies/tv.

After listening to the first 3 songs, the general sound of this is offputting to me. I get that at the time this may have sounded more unique, or that regardless of its uniqueness someone else likes this sound. But all I hear is "generic rock sound". The level of distortion and style of the guitars is grating to me and not interesting. Same for the vocal style. Not my cuppa!
I'm getting a Bjork sound from the vocals. Wait is this just Bjork?? [wikipedia break] No, but she is also Scandinavian, and the vocal style is similar. I love this. I am inclined toward experimental stuff that isn't too "out there", and this fits the bill. Nice and ambient.
I like this. Listened to a but from some of their newer albums which i didnt like as much, they got kore elctronic/poppy i feel? but i like this soft alt
I think on a second listen i would appreciate more (i think im this way with most music) but was p good, not exactly my genre
felt like it was a musical, interesting but not pleasing to me
Hell yeah, the p funk! Fun album, I will be throwing it on as background or car music in the future. Main critique is song length, but the vibe is a jam vibe so i think it fits for that. I'm a big fan of Outkast's debut album "Southernplayalisticcadillacmuzik" which i feel must have been influenced by track 4 "Supergroovalisticprosifunkstication", and generally has the funky sound. I also had to google where exactly i knew it from, but the "let me ride" refrain from track 2 Mothership Connection is sampled or reproduced in Dr Dre's "Let me ride"
did not finish, but idk about their sound. it felt like they were aiming for some era of pop that i didnt like...
Did not listen to most, but I liked it in general. Havent listened to much Bowie before. There are some songs on here that are surprisingly experimentalish?
Loved this shit
First track I liked, 2nd track I didn’t like, listened no further
Never heard her before, it was decent but didn’t really love it
Excellent, I’ve always sort of casually liked Joni Mitchell but never really gave her a good listen
They honestly sound more like creed than I remembered
