Wild Is The Wind
Nina SimoneThis album had a lot of deep lyrics and hearty, low vocals. I think it would be perfect if you were having a dinner party or if you were in your feels. What an amazing singer.

Not crazy about this album, but I did like the song (it won’t be long) very dad rock. I give it a 2, not because it’s a bad album, but because on my scale I’d probably only listen to the one song.
The album is OK in the fact that it's a little nostalgic, but I probably wouldn't listen to it very often. It is aged electronic music from the 90s, but has a few songs I've heard before.
Reminds me of the pixies. A lot of snare drum, strong rhythm guitar, bass in appropriate proportions, a lot of ‘talk/whine’ singing. I believe I would have lovedddd this album when I was on a pixies kick. I still really like it. California Waiting and Trani are favorites so far
This album is amazing. It is one of the first times I really listened to much Stevie wonder. He has a voice that I didn’t quite realize- it almost sounds a little Michael bubble? Regardless a great album and perfect for car rides on repeat or something somewhat higher energy, probably alone tho
I didn’t have a lot of focus when listening to this Album, but apparently it was one of brads high school favorites. It features jazz music, with saxophone. Brad loved it in his younger years. I will give a 3 for now because I likely won’t revisit it soon, but at least I have these notes so I can play it for Brad when I remember.
It's a childhood related album that will always be comforting to me.
Album is OK as a casual rock album
Album is okay once again, has a few goof familiar songs. Probably will have to revisit but has a very 80s rock vibe
This album is very reminiscent of that band called dead or alive called you spin me around. I think I will give it another listen, it's good for background music. The lyrics aren't too present which makes it OK for background listening.
A slower paced album with low and slow vocals. Sad, romantic, I think this one I'd be more keen to revisit.
Subjectively I really don't love this album - it's just related to memories from being young. Probably won't really listen to it again. At least it informed me of what I don't love.
A few good mentions include "How do you sleep" and "how?" But Oh Yoko is not a good song in my opinion. I don't see myself really revisiting this album.
Should revisit - I did think there were really good songs like "Sweet Cocaine" but it was too distracting for me to focus on homework. That is why it needs a revisit.
I like this album and want to listen to it again but I'm not sure if it really warrants a 4 out of 5. Reminds me of a 'popular' artist's style from the late 80s, but there is a small disconnect. I like it but dont love it. There are a few songs that are better. But when compared to Bowie, which I got the following day and listen to as I write this, I just know it's not the same caliber.
Awesome. He's just on a different level
