Tons of classics on this one. I forgot about Waitin' for the Bus and Jesus Just Left Chicago.
Particularly liked track C, very adventurous. All in all, not my cup of tea since I'm not that into jazz
Easygoing, reminds me of The Eagles
Already one of my faves, didn't disappoint on a re-listen. Forgot how many bangers were on this one - Fell On Black Days, Black Hole Sun, Spoonman, The Day I Tried to Live. Was surprised by Limo Wreck's catchy guitar riff
Maggot Brain is great background grooving music, Can You Get To That was pretty fun, not so much a fan of the rest but still listenable.
Unfortunately I think the Talking Heads just aren't for me. Songs had some funky beats but that had a hard time standing out against the rambling vocals I couldn't ever get myself to like
First song felt like it'd be in a busy NY movie scene. Enjoyed some others. Got bored with the drum solo :/
Didn't feel any songs stand out from the rest, but generally appreciate the garage band rock. Reminds me of the Orwells.
I didn't know I knew this album so well! It's got Black Magic Woman and Oye Como Va, both bangers. The rest was a fun dive into Santana that I haven't done before
Solid, but didn't feel like the album had a lot of depth
Okay. Many songs quieted and picked up so they felt like two songs. Maggie May was the main redeeming song for me
Fun drum beats, but far too much like club music and too repetitive for my liking
Good variety, but I honestly don't remember any songs that stood out as bangers
Much better than Fear of Music. Even the outtakes at the end were catchy. Feels much more put together
So smooth, so nice. I had a bit of difficulty distinguishing each song from one another, but could definitely see myself putting on this album to go along with a nice dinner and wine.
Pretty respectable album, no real low points. Didn't feel like there were any big bangers though
Turns out this is an amazing album to bike to. Unfortunately didn't understand a word of it
Not my favorite Metallica album. A lot of the tracks felt disjointed and not crisp
