1001 Albums Summary

The first two songs had to be my favorite, really loved the transition between the two of them. Album as a whole was good, but I’m not in love with it

I enjoyed this album much more than I expected, I really liked the sound through multiple songs.

Not quite for me, it’s an okay album but I got bored with it pretty fast. The music wasn’t bad per se, but not great either. Though I must say the Silent Night cover was good.

eh, loved his song “Loser”, but this album wasn’t all the great to me. Not unlistenable, but not something I’d actively seek out to listen to.

I only ever listened to El Camino and had thought it was good. No idea why I’ve never checked out other stuff from The Black Keys, this music is like crack. The first two songs gave me Jimi Hendrix vibes, love this blues rock (?) vibe.

Wasn’t for me. Okay for background noise, but I wouldn’t really want to actively listen to this.

Started out great, but didn’t keep momentum. Averaging out all the songs I thought it was a good album, and it makes me wish I was at a house party concert in 1999 instead of being in my dad’s balls, but hey what can you do.
