1001 Albums Summary

i knew more songs than i thought thanks to GAP & GUFs wedding party. overall enjoyed listening to it but probably wouldnt optionally choose to listen to it unless someone else put it on. my favourite songs were california dreamin, you baby and monday, monday

not my cup of tea or preferred rap genre, it was a tough listen especially through method man which i think has scarred me slightly. more misses that hits although the hits would have me shaking ass at a club. my favourite song was Wu-Tang clan aint nuthing ta F' wit which i would listen to again.

positves: + i knew a couple of songs thanks to my dad + the ones i knew were a vibe negatives: - the songs were all similar/ had similar themes causing the listening to feel repetitve - the piano plinking and plonking randomly especially during gone daddy gone really annoyed me my favourite song: blister in the sun which scored a 6/10

positves: + a banger of an album + loads of songs i knew + had a dance party in the shower negatives: - its by michael jackson who has questionable claims against him - some songs were a bit too long and kind of dragged and felt repetitive - so shorter songs but more songs would have been preferred my favourite songs: billie jean, thiller, human nature and beat it

positives: + the album was short + i didnt listen to the whole thing negatives: - the genre and vibe was not a bit of me - the piano and violin really overstimulated me to the point where I could only listen to half the album - it felt like it was someones secondary school music project my favourite song: N/A

positives: + i loved the genre as its very similar to my dads music taste that ive grown with + the punk rock vibe is right up my street negatives: - i didnt know any of the songs - most of the songs were 4-8mins long which lead to some dragging especially if they didnt have that many lyrics - some songs were in a different language so obviously i couldnt understand them my favoutite songs: drunkship of lanterns, ambutetz and eriatarka

positives: + very similar vibe to the previous album and i liked that + the punk rock was very enjoyable to listen to even though i didnt know any of the songs + most song lengths were perfect negatives: - i didnt know any of the songs - the album was very short - some songs were way too long such as the 6 and 10min long ones - some songs were slighly off in vibes due to the repetitive synth and voice used eg.no fun my favourite songs: not right and 1969

postives: + it was from madonna who is an icon + it had quite a few songs that are good for dancing too and relatable for a teen girl + gave vibes of an early 2000s charlie XCX with the synth and autotune used + good album length negatives: - i only knew 1 song - some songs were too long in length - the song paradise (not for me) and the weird female voice used creeped me out a bit my favouite songs: miss american pie which was the only one i knew but still loved and what it feels like for a girl
