1001 Albums Summary

Overall a great album with a few tracks running a little long or being a bit repetitive.

It's black Sabbath - classic

The album is great at what's it's trying to do, revolutionary for the genre too.

Lyrically Leonard Cohen is up there with the greats, some of the compositions felt a bit boring or missing that "next step" musically for me.

Pleasantly surprised, banger of an album

Instant classic and immediately purchased on vinyl. An album I hadn't really heard of before but was awesome. It seemed more like a prog rock album which was a nice surprise given their other albums. An amazing album front to back.

Got so bored after 3 songs, I'm sure his other stuff is great (the song in Harry Potter was good) but this just felt like someone moaning about shit. Trying to be Leonard Cohen without the imagery.

Hendrix is a guitar god, nothing else needs to be said.

Cmon. If you haven't heard this by now I'm not sure what you have been doing. No matter what it is, stop it and go listen to it now!
