1001 Albums Summary

First listen through. Lovely album. Listened to Down Yonder on my break while riding a bike to the gas station, and I felt like I was in a different world. All in all, quality ballads. Quality album.

Is this that hippie that desecrated our beautiful National Anthem?? Jk, Jimi is goated one way or another. Grew up on a lot of Jimi, so the nostalgia is there. Only issue listening to a whole album of his the entire way through is the repetitive sound, but hey I guess that’s to be expected.

Take me to Dollywood.

I may be the worst music reviewer of all time as something has to really suck for me to talk poorly about it.

Listened to it without my full attention. Probably would have been more enjoyable if I listened to the lyrics better.

Didn’t need to listen to this album to remind myself of the songs, but listened nonetheless as it is a certified classic. Biased as it is yet another album/artist that I grew up on, but I think most can understand the value of this one.

Fire 🔥 Always a distinctive sound. Have not talked with the heads much in recent years, and there were plenty of songs I likely heard for the first time during this listen. Pleasurable listen and need to delve deeper into their discography.
