Rattlesnakes by Lloyd Cole And The Commotions
Oct 23 2025

Both extremely good yet quite boring? It definitely felt longer than it actually is. Perfect Skin is a great opener but all the other tracks apart from Ready To Be Heartbroken, feel quite samey. Yet I enjoy it. I wouldn’t go and listen to the album as a whole but wouldn’t skip if a song came up on shuffle.

Wild Is The Wind by Nina Simone
Oct 24 2025

Haunting and poignant. Nina Simone gives a lesson in both technique and performance. It's an album that's hard to write about, as nothing could even come close to describing what a wonder this album is. This is an album I know I'll keep coming back to.

Close To You by Carpenters
Oct 25 2025

Saccharin sweet. Cliche, overproduced and dull tracks. The only highlight of the album is Karen Carpenter vocals & drumming

From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley
Oct 26 2025

Beautiful production & some great vocals but damn I hate Elvis.

Synchronicity by The Police
Oct 30 2025

This was painful. Gave up by the third song. Damn I hate sting.
