Deja Vu by Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
Dec 16 2025

Pretty enjoyable album

Arrival by ABBA
Dec 17 2025

Is this what they call disco? Not my cup of tea. Maybe if I was a middle aged woman I would like this album. Although dancing queen brought back some good memories of middle school music class. Not a bad album but personally did not enjoy it.

The Wildest! by Louis Prima
Dec 18 2025

Just a Gigolo makes me feel like Im in Goodfellas. Or first half of Malcolm X (when he was actually cool). Second song holds up. So far I feel like going to a bar, ordering a cognac and smoking a cigarette while treating women terribly (this is Denzel in Malcolm X). Body and Soul sounds like every song played during the 50’s. Jump, Jive, an’ Wail got me jumping and jiving but not much wailing going on here at 11:13 in the morning at the Rossin residence. Overall this was an enjoyable album.

Zombie by Fela Kuti

Grace by Jeff Buckley

Hallelujah is gas and lover you should’ve come over. Eternal life Took me by surprise, complete vibe switch which I liked. The songs after that were enjoyable and made the album a little better. Not something I was wow’d by, but it sounded nice. Definitely could’ve cut a few songs from that album and it would’ve been much better.

The Band by The Band

The night they drove old dixie down is a banger. Rocking chair also was good. Overall pretty solid album. I am a sucker for folk rock/southern rock tho. The Unfaithful Servant and King Harvest (will surely come) I also liked.
