Didn't love it. Most of the songs except Heroes and a few more are a bit too loud and overstimulating for me, there's so much happening at once I can't focus on the lyrics, which I'm sure are good.
A very coherent rock album. Not usually my prefered genre, so even though I overall liked it, I probrably wouldn't listen to it as a whole again. Still, I really liked Only happy when it rains and stupid girl, they are going straight to my playlist
It is nice to listen to, I love the jazzy instrumental and some of the songs are great, but as an album is slightly monotone and the songs are SO long, it made me want to not finish them. The album is a bit too long aswell. Still, I will listen more of Sufjan Steven because I liked his vibe. Ultimately the rating is 3 stars because it is wayyy too long without much change.
Cute, love the instrumentals, but most songs are too long and too similar.
I like it! It's dramatic and cohesive, but very interesting to listen to.
It is maybe not something drastically different from everything else made at the time, but it's a good 2000's rock album, it's typical and entertaining. Not everything has to be weird and experimental.
This is so british 90's that may be overrated and tired for some, but I had barely listened to anything by blur, and I loved it!
I prefer other Kendrick Lamar albums to this one, although I still think it's good. It just isn't anything I would listen to again, as all the song sound very similar and the sound itself isn't particularly my preference.
So vibey, so nice to listen to. It is smooth and satisfying. The songs are a bit long, but honestly, the whole album could be one giant song, so I don't mind too much. The best way to listen to it is as an entire album, while relaxing or reading, and it is perfect for that
I believe this is very of its time. I don't see myself listening to it again, except if I'm looking for this vibe in particular, but it's nice to listen to.
It was a fun christmas album, nothing special. I also didn't know who Phil Spector was or the things that he had done so that was interesting.
There are a couple of interesting ones but otherwise, and possibly sounding ignorant, are all these songs supposed to sound exactly the same? Because I could not for the life of me tell them apart
This is SO cool, I wish I had heard about it earlier! I loved it, perfect for listening to while drawing or writing. So vibey so fun. I think it's because of the style, but it feels timeless to me.
It’s fine, easy to listen to but nothing special
Very depressing and kinda boring britpop. I liked a couple of songs but it’s nothing special as an album.
I simply do not understand it
