all the different versions of this have such different track lists, so I listened to the original which has bleeps on it when Johnny swears in front of the sensitive ears of San Quentin prison. The Chauffeur is surely a Top 50??? song of all time, maybe even higher. 1982 seems ahead of its time to me but I'm sure people who were around at the time think this is exactly what 1982 sounds like
