Funeral by Arcade Fire

I enjoyed this. Very 2000's indie vibes, like Mumford and Sons. Another album that grew on me as I listened.

The Wall by Pink Floyd
Dec 29 2025

Not really my style, however I can appreciate the musicality of it. This took quite literally forever to listen to. I'm not a huge fan of the lead singers voice, but I did enjoy the instrumental portions.

London Calling by The Clash
Dec 30 2025

Enjoyed this much more than I thought I would. Like how upbeat it is. Would listen again!

Figure 8 by Elliott Smith
Dec 31 2025

This is what I imagine the Beatles sound like to people who enjoy them. Very cool vibes, chill, but also a little whiney in the best early 2000's way. I feel like he definitely had to have at least one song on the OC soundtrack. I'm a fan of this album the most so far, so I'm giving it the highest rating. Will listen again and have added to my library.

2112 by Rush
Jan 01 2026

A 20 minute song is unnecessary. Especially when there's only 6 songs on the album. I didn't love this album in general but the band wasn't bad.

Pretenders by Pretenders
Jan 02 2026

Not a big fan

Stardust by Willie Nelson
Jan 05 2026

I enjoyed this more than I thought I would. Very easy listening, calming, and a sweet little love story.

Run-D.M.C. by Run-D.M.C.
Jan 08 2026

I was annoyed by the first song, seemed very repetitive, but as the album went on I enjoyed it more. Not a huge fan but I understand how people enjoy it.

Funeral by Arcade Fire

I enjoyed this. Very 2000's indie vibes, like Mumford and Sons. Another album that grew on me as I listened.

Dummy by Portishead
Jan 12 2026

I enjoyed this more than I thought

Highway to Hell by AC/DC
Jan 14 2026

Very screamy. All songs sound nearly the same. Good beats.

Feast of Wire by Calexico
Jan 16 2026

I enjoyed the songs with lyrics, but too much of it was just instrumental.
