1001 Albums Summary

1001% making the beach playlist. I felt so warm listening to this and Night Mystic absolutely blew me away. I wanna go to a beach right now, open up a book, and put this on.

I feel like I’m trucking with Pop-pop even though I’ve never done that. My favorite song is definitely I Remember California. It’s just such a fun listen, I feel so old. The Wrong Child, I didn’t like it but it was so emotional I was getting chills it was so weird. I definitely liked this album, but love would be too strong. It has such strong Grandpa vibes though that’s for sure.

I truly thought I would like every single album but this one was definitely not my cup of tea. My “favorite” would probably be Cold, but even that’s stretching it. It was so psychologically weird and it makes sense that I didn’t like it, but I was still hoping for more from me. I was washing the dishes while I listened to this and it made me want to wash the dishes more than listen to this.

Even before listening to this I know I’m going to LOVE because I already like a lot of these songs. Ok going to be honest I haven’t finished but I love her and the songs I’ve listened to. That’s all.

At first, I was like ehhh this is so randomly orchestrated I don’t think I’m going to like this but it’s definitely not bad. But then I don’t know what happened but it became so beautifully done instrumentally. I genuinely can’t believe how much better the second half of this album is and how much it made my opinion change. Will be listening in the future.

This was so meh. Like the songs were good but I genuinely didn’t feel anything at all, no hate no love. It’s just so stagnant there was nothing disappointing or special it’s so weird. Idk anymore I think I need an album I’ve listened to before.
