Great keyboard/piano playing, loved Jim Morrison with the lyrics and vocals, top three songs were light my fire, break on through (to the other side), and I looked at you, and the worst song was good but just wasn’t better than the rest which was Alabama song (whiskey bar).
Honestly a very mid album. There was some highlights which were the shorter songs but almost every song had these slow talking parts that I did not like. I think the top three songs are free money, Kimberly, and then elegie. The worst song of the album is probably bird land as it’s too long and the good part is super short and the rest is ass. At first listen I kind of liked Gloria but after the second listen I liked it even more and it may crack the top three. The album is alright it’s just the slow talking parts where it’s the same boring notes and just her talking. I also think if she made the long bird land and land shorter they would’ve been way better. Other than that the songs are pretty good.
Great album like all the songs and loved the harmonies. My top three songs were California dreamin, you baby, and straight shooter. The worst which wasn’t bad it just didn’t stand up against the rest was do you wanna dance. I also loved the Beatles cover of I call your name.
Pretty good album, it was very experimental and funky in a good way. I really liked heaven, air, and mind. I really disliked animals and electric guitar tho as those aren’t songs I would listen to. I really liked I Zimbra which I don’t usually like instrumentals but it was probably the best I have heard. The first and middle of the album was the best and the end was weak other than drugs.
This is a GREAT album and probably the best one that I’ve listened to so far in my project. I love the harmonies, lyrics, and the musical composition. I think my top three songs are care of cell 44, this will be our year, and I want her she wants me. There honestly isn’t one bad song on this album but the worst was probably brief candles. I love the beach boys and Beatles inspirations.
I did not like this album but it’s only because I am not a fan of instrumental and that’s the whole album. I’m sure it would be great for people who like instrumental but this is just not for me at all. No disrespect to herbie Hancock but this is just not the kind of music I like.
This is a good album its definitely got that late 50’s early 60’s vibes and the songs are pretty catchy. It also just a very chill album and I could see myself listening to these songs when I just want to chill. I think my top three songs are the masters call, they’re hanging me tonight, and Utah Carrol. I think that the worst song is a hundred and sixty acres.
This album is mid, it’s not really the kind of music I usually listen to but there was still a couple songs that I really liked. I think my top three were dry your eyes, wouldn’t have it any other way, and blinded by the lights. The rest of the songs were alright but not great. The album was very wordy and I think that threw me off a couple of songs. The beat on a couple were just strange.
