Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Jan 06 2026

A good album, not really the sort of music I gravitate to, but I can appreciate the style. A single track didn’t really stick out to me, maybe that’s because it’s a well composed album, maybe that’s because they all sound similar, who’s to know

Born To Run by Bruce Springsteen
Jan 07 2026

Not really the music I tend to listen to, I liked born to run but obviously am familiar with it prior to listening to this album

Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Jan 08 2026

I liked it, not amazing not great it was a solid album

Van Halen by Van Halen
Jan 09 2026

Yeah it wasn’t bad

Come Away With Me by Norah Jones
Jan 14 2026

Snooze fest, sounds like royalty free music

The White Album by Beatles
Jan 15 2026

I almost want to give it 5, there's just a few songs that miss for me, when you compare 'Martha my Dear' to 'Back in the USSR', the album feel a bit disjointed, but all in all an excellent album, breath of fresh air from Norah Jones!

Jan 19 2026

good! had some peaks and troughs but I thought it was solid all round would listen again :)

Doolittle by Pixies
Jan 20 2026

First 5 rating! Loved this album will be 100% listening to it more, might get the vinyl

Snivilisation by Orbital
Jan 22 2026

great music for when there's a technical issue at the gig

The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails
Jan 23 2026

Very not my kind of music, I found it hard to get over that hurdle, and hard to see any sort of appeal to be honest.

Bridge Over Troubled Water by Simon & Garfunkel
Jan 26 2026

Overall, this album was nice, 'Bridge Over Troubled Water' is so beautiful.. However it didn't really do much for me, I wasn't excited or engaged with the lyrics past the opening track, I'll give it another listen to see if anything changes

This Is Fats Domino by Fats Domino
Jan 27 2026

because it's so old i found it hard to enjoy fully. pretty sure i listened to the wrong album, as well

Electric Warrior by T. Rex
Jan 28 2026

Loved the album, the guitar and hippie dippie poetry lyricism made it for me. Favourite track was probably Jeepster, defo would listen again

Beach Samba by Astrud Gilberto
Jan 29 2026

Nice smooth listening, I found it quite boring though. Music I could put on in the background maybe while I read or draw? I loved the flute in the background which bumps this up

Feb 02 2026

This album felt like the worst post-nut clarity one can experience. The drop off from 'respect' was something else. I have to give this album a 3 as I still think it is good, just nothing comes close to an opening track that iconic.

Rust Never Sleeps by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Feb 03 2026

I just really do not enjoy folk, I fear I might just have folk fatigue, but this album did nothing for me

Lady In Satin by Billie Holiday
Feb 04 2026

Her voice is beautiful and unique, but this album was slow, repetative and uninsipiring.

Figure 8 by Elliott Smith
Feb 05 2026

Loved this album, it felt so raw and so sad, later found out he took his own life and this was his last album. Had to listen to it again with a new persepctive and it changed for me. Very very sad but beautiful none the less.

Feb 06 2026

Not really my kind of music, but I enjoyed it. It was fun, you could see a lot of influence from this album in hip hop to come. Just not really my thing :)

461 Ocean Boulevard by Eric Clapton
Feb 12 2026

The I shot the sheriff cover should be a crime, the rest of the album is okay, it feels like it's missing some soul, though it's pretty boring in parts

A Walk Across The Rooftops by The Blue Nile
Feb 24 2026

pretty short album, i liked it I just didn't love it, cone out in 84 but doesn't have much 80s fun and colour that I'm used to, fell a bit flat for me

Rejoicing In The Hands by Devendra Banhart
Feb 25 2026

more folk :/ this album was so boring, his voice is so irrating i liked the guitar but it feels like im being serranaded by a 16 year old boy

Feb 26 2026

I mean, where do I start? This album is one of the all-time greats, every song is unique and individual, yet it still feels well composed. Every song sounded better than I remembered I need to listen to this album more. So deeply nostalgic, " Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds " gave me a visceral reaction. I have no notes; it doesn't get much better than this.

Calenture by The Triffids
Feb 27 2026

I felt positive about this album at first, but it quickly went downhill

Mar 02 2026

The more I go through this list, the harder I find to determine what makes a 5 a 5… if I could give it a 4.5 I would. This album is so beautiful, pure talent just gorgeousss. I’m not giving it a 5 as it’s a bit mellow for my personal taste.
