1001 Albums Summary

I consider myself a CCR “fan”, yet I’ve never actually listened to an album all the way through. I’m sure there are better ones than this.. hopefully. Overall I thought it was okay. Probably will never listen all the way through again though. 6.8/10

Lead singer sounds like the singer for Band of Horses mixed with nails on a chalk board. Not a fan

Used to be a big Offspring guy in high school and this album brought me right back. “Nitro” is an underrated hit of theirs that starts this album off right and is also featured in the goat football movie “Varsity Blues”. The fast paced tempo of the album had me in a constant subtle head bang and made me want to run through a brick wall. Overall, enjoyed this one a lot.

If I’m dying in a nursing home beside the one I love, then and only then can you play Billie Holliday. Other than that, keep this dogshit away from me.

Possibly the most overrated album of all time.

I have to believe there are 1001, if not 2001, better albums than this one.
