1001 Albums Summary

Not usually the type of music I listen to but I was pleasantly surprised. I could feel the emotion all throughout the album from the tonal shifts and motifs. Genuinely had me walking with joy and whimsy one second and then rethinking life the next. Not my typical genre but so glad I gave it a listen.

Kanye has always had a great sound, definitely one of if not my favorite rapper. This album specifically makes me think especially being in college because he offers a pretty harsh critique of the system. Definitely a fun listen

Its disco, its fun, but there's nothing really special about this album. Can really only remember one song that stuck with me.

Bob Dylan is such an iconic artist and a voice of a generation. That being said, this isn't his strongest album but still solid.

A very emotional journey that takes you through all the thoughts that you go through in love. Very special album but lacks an emotional gut punch or deeper thinking that would make it 5 stars.

Some echoes of the Beatles and Rolling Stones but no song that really interested me. First album so far that I just wanted to turn off because I couldn't get into it.

Fairly enjoyable album that got better as it progressed. Nothing that blew me away but a fun listen.
