Born In The U.S.A. by Bruce Springsteen
Mar 24 2026

Great classic old school sound with some standout songs and guitar work.

Zombie by Fela Kuti
Mar 25 2026

Long improvisational jams with just the right amount of vocals and vibes for a saturday afternoon.

Californication by Red Hot Chili Peppers
Mar 26 2026

Classic album, no skips, Flea and Frusciante at their finest. Around the world is one of the best album starters and this remains one of the best albums in the Funk-Rock genre. Rick Rubin did some incredible work on this album.

Beauty And The Beat by The Go-Go's
Mar 27 2026

Struggled to get through it. Not a bad album as such, just a very plain sound with nothing worth watching out for. Probably not going to go back to this album, although didn't hate the album, wouldn't mind if someone else is playing it.

Rust Never Sleeps by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Mar 28 2026

Great songwriting goes all the way from ballads to the origin of punk with solid distortion songwriting. Might come back to this album as a solid 3/5.

Coat Of Many Colors by Dolly Parton
Mar 29 2026

These are the kind of albums for which I signed up for 1001 albums generator. An artist that I always wanted to explore but never heard. Loved the bass on the songs, great vibes. Such a great album as a whole. Mystery of a mystery is such a beautiful song. Hearing the album for the first time and I probably would have given it a 5.

A Hard Day's Night by Beatles
Mar 30 2026

Not a Beatles fan in particular, the album does have some good songs, although one of the classic Beatles album.

Time Out by The Dave Brubeck Quartet
Mar 31 2026
Hearts And Bones by Paul Simon
Apr 01 2026

Being a huge fan of Simon & Garfunkel, never got into their individual work, other than Graceland. This album reinstates why that is still true. Although I loved the album, it is purely a pop record, lacks the laidback and breezy sound by the duo. Wish the album opener was better. Favourite song on the album - Train in the distance.

Paul Simon by Paul Simon
Apr 03 2026

The 2nd Paul Simon after Hearts and Bones in the same week. This one definitely hits better with a more traditional S&G sound.

OK by Talvin Singh
Apr 08 2026
Boy In Da Corner by Dizzee Rascal
Apr 09 2026

I like hip hop but what was this album, I hope I don't have to listen to this again. Still, 2 stars? I think it had a few moments which were genuinely fun to listen to.

The Gershwin Songbook by Ella Fitzgerald
Apr 14 2026

Ella is always a 5. 3 hours of pure bliss. Enough said.

Grace by Jeff Buckley
Apr 15 2026

Greatest songwriter ever. Would give it more than 5 if I could. Lover, you should've come over is the greatest breakup song written.

The Contino Sessions by Death In Vegas
Apr 16 2026

Great album, the opener is a banger, reminds me of massive attack, unkle in their prime era. Love some trip hop with distorted guitars.
