Enjoyed it, especially when it came to the acoustic guitar coming into the songs in a more powerful way. I thought it was a nice listening experience.
Today, Comin Back To Me, Embryonic Journey, and In The Morning are some of my new favorites. White Rabbit and Somebody To Love are still iconic though.
The Bookends theme instrumental is already beautiful. "Save the Life of My Child" the opening is so... interesting, but I kind of like the synth mixed with the guitar. I've only listened to the first four songs so far but they all feel as if they're singing about a distant memory that is a bit sad but a bit nice as well. I feel like I should be crying, and I feel like I'm going to cry. "Voices of Old People" and "Old Friends" back to back made me cry. "Old Friends" is a mistake, it's so beautiful, the violins! The reprise of the theme also made me cry, ugh.
Solid album, "The Murder Mystery" was interesting, I really liked the instrumentals and the two people talking at once. Nothing too memorable per say.
Not memorable, didn't feel like anything new, but most of this genre is not usually my personal preference.
Enjoyed "I'm Cramped", Nothing too special for me, but they do have a very nice rock and roll sound which I think is very iconic. Not too bad, but nothing too memorable.I also like "Fever" though, so.
Pretty good, classic songs, classic vibe.
Good music, sounds great live.
"I Zimbra" and "Drugs" are very interesting, I enjoy the sound of their music, it is very interesting. I still re-listen to some of their songs still. I love "Cities" as well.
"Hanky Panky Nohow," "Paris 1919," and "Half Past France was nice in their concepts and sound.
Not the type of music I listen to, but I can appreciate the cultural and radical meanings behind their band and music. So, between the music and meaning I would give it a 3.
This album sounds like the songs that they would play at the end of a movie. It's not bad per say, just not my personally taste. Although, "That Lady" is quite nice to listen to.
I enjoyed quite a few of their songs. I relisten to some of them actually.
The musical band "The Police," more like the band "The Great."
Interesting album, I really enjoyed "Mood for a Day" though.
Good but not much is memorable per say.
"Inner City Blues" is a brilliant song. I really enjoyed the whole music themes in this album, I really enjoy his sound and voice.
"In A Silent Way" is my favorite including the reprise. I usually don't listen to jazz so this was a nice change of pace. It really helped me focus on my work. I enjoyed it.
Good sound, most of the songs remind me of what my dad would listen to. Decent.
"Triad" is nice and some of their other songs really interested me because of how different they sounded. I also like "Goin' Back" it has a nice sound to it.
All bangers. All timeless. No notes.
I enjoyed it. I thought "Mother Earth" was quite nice to listen to.
Wasn't expecting to like this album but I really enjoyed songs such as, "Let Me Drown," "Mailman," and "Black Hole Sun" so far. "4th of July" is so good as well.
Not bad. Nothing really stood out to me though.
“Closer” and “Ruiner” are both iconically good. The sound is raw and makes you uncomfortable, in a nice way. I liked “A Warm Place” and “Reptile” too.
