1001 Albums Summary

Funkier than I thought it would be. At lot less intense than I imagined

I enjoyed the themes of the songs, felt a bit repetitive but great soul

Pretty damn iconic pop album, I can see why the singles were chosen as singles but so many interesting motifs you can see in pop music today 4.5

Some fantastic songs, occasionally felt a bit samey 4.5

Interesting and I can see where it’s influenced future work but god I am bored of how many rockish albums this list gives - 2.8?

Fun! Easy listen and punchy intro song. Not spectacular to me but would not be upset to listen to again 3.5
