1001 Albums Summary

Good album. Not my favourite era of the Beatles but you can hear the makings of the greatness still to come.

I appreciate that this is a great album, but it does nothing for me personally.

This was a grower. I knew and liked the opening track but didn't know anything else by the band (at least on this album). Midnite Cruiser was a standout track for me.

Reminded me fondly of my youth. Being 14, loving skateboarding and getting mix tape CD's from my mate introducing me to all sorts of new bands.

I appreciate Frank Zappa and knew more songs than I thought, due to listening to the Elis James and John Robins podcast for years, but I didn’t connect with this album.

Disapointed. Not with the artist or music, but more that I didn't connect with it. I'd heard so much about Thundercat and the song I had heard (Them Changes) I thought was cool, but I just couldn't get on with the whole album.

Great easy listening for me. Listened to it a few times through. Perfect concentration music for me.

This one needs more attention. Not a bad song on the album. Will definitely be a grower.

Nice and chill sound. I'm giving this 2 stars, not because I didn't like it, it was fine, but because I'm very unlikely to listen to it again.

Good album! I've come to really appreciate U2 over recently. Oddly none of my favourite U2 songs on this one but still a solid album.

On first listen, this one is not for me. Lots of samples I recognise but I struggled with it. Not a natural chill album for me.

Enjoyed this one more than I thought I would. Will definitely listen again as it needs more time.
