Sticky Fingers by The Rolling Stones
May 19 2026

Not too bad, easy listen. 3/5

C'est Chic by CHIC
May 21 2026

As usual, great bass lines from Bernie. I gotta say as much as I was vibing to it, I did find myself tuning out here and there. Repetitive maybe? Or it just kinda sounded too similar?

Rage Against The Machine by Rage Against The Machine
May 22 2026

Of course it’s a banger. Can’t really argue with this one, heavy and clean riffage, powerful drums. Very funky. Wasn’t a fan of the vocals initially when I first listened but they’ve grown on me.

Dookie by Green Day
May 23 2026

Not too bad with the punk rock vibe, few good songs here and there, but as the album says, it is rather Dookie. 2/5

Power In Numbers by Jurassic 5
May 24 2026

I remember first hearing “A Day at the Races” on Tony Hawks Underground back in 2003, and decided to buy this record a bit later on, and after a full relisten I’m surprised with how well it still holds up. Musically, the production is fantastic. Record is full of dusty funk loops, jazz breaks, flutes, upright basslines, and crisp boom-bap drums without sounding dated. Solid 4/5

Chris by Christine and the Queens
May 25 2026

After an intense 24 hour listen, I gotta say this album has quite a bit of variety. I like that it switches between French and English (not a new concept but for this it’s quite refreshing). 3/5

Frank by Amy Winehouse
May 26 2026

One of those guilty pleasure records of mine. It feels smoky without trying to be I guess vintage?? One minute she’s throwing out sarcastic one-liners, the next she lands a lyric so honest it almost feels accidental lol. 4/5

Beautiful Freak by Eels
May 27 2026

Hadn’t really taken the time to fully listen to this record, but after a proper listen I felt like a joint and bourbon. the record swings between cracked humor, self-loathing & tenderness. Shoutout to Susan. 2.5/5 (I know you can’t do that but that’s my rating)

Court And Spark by Joni Mitchell
May 30 2026

Yeh, meh ye it’s aight. Had some good jams here and there but overall it was quite boring. You might find yourself appreciating what she’s doing without feeling particularly moved by it. 2/5
