Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Jun 02 2026

Very powerful lyrics, very straightforward. Combined with the mystical music and powerful reggae elements makes this album so engaging and special, it feels like a revolution the whole time.

Out Of The Blue by Electric Light Orchestra
Jun 03 2026

Really really really long… I understand why it’s memorable but it’s just a bland album, no song captures you the whole time. Other than that, production is amazing and the “orchestra”. But I just didn’t enjoy it as much, it feels like Jeff just really wanted to get an album out

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis
Jun 04 2026

Made me say oouuu, so many times. Feel like a detective in a bar at night.

Sunday At The Village Vanguard by Bill Evans Trio
Jun 05 2026

Very nice cool jazz. Other than that nothing else to add, enjoyed it but as “background” music

The Soft Bulletin by The Flaming Lips
Jun 07 2026

Really weird album, I really liked it. I found it very enjoyable and engaging

American Beauty by Grateful Dead
Jun 08 2026

Didn’t feel any of the psychedelic jam band feeling, it felt like very repetitive country songs. I still liked it but it wasn’t what I was expecting at all

Fear Of A Black Planet by Public Enemy
Jun 09 2026

This sounds very angry and loud, I like it but I wouldn’t listen to it again. I enjoyed the lyrics and the message as it is very powerful and still very real unfortunately. It’s not my usual listen but I enjoyed it for sure

Timeless by Goldie
Jun 10 2026

First time listening to this genere, I loved it.

Darklands by The Jesus And Mary Chain
Jun 11 2026

It was a really “cozy” feeling listening to this album, weird. I thought the lyrics were solid and the production was really nice for me

You Want It Darker by Leonard Cohen
Jun 13 2026

Very sad and heavy, it was such a deep album and his voice was just… art

3 + 3 by The Isley Brothers
Jun 14 2026

Super funky and soulful, amazing fucking album Mesmerizing vocals, unreal instrumental it’s so flavorful and smooth
