Rips like you would not believe. 8 song album, of those 3 are some of the greatest songs ever written. I.e Free Bird, Tuesdays Gone, and Simple Man. The other 5 could be top songs on any other albums. The foundation of Southern Rock.

The Suburbs by Arcade Fire

Where is the heart and soul. Every time I thought a song was going to get interesting it just didn’t. The lyrics and meaning behind them are deep enough but it sounds like the singer just doesn’t even care. It wasn’t terrible but I can’t imagine ever listening to it again.

Abraxas by Santana

I’d rate this album between 3.5 and 4. It’s a very easy and fun listen despite not being my taste. But I cannot lie, the vibes are immaculate. I’ve heard these songs in movies and TV shows across my life. So it gives me a bit of nostalgia to listen to them now.

The Clash by The Clash

2.5 Stars. Really too British for my taste. Only a few songs I would relisten. Honestly it was kind of cornball. Maybes it’s old enough that it wasn’t corny at the time.

Birth Of The Cool by Miles Davis

If peeing your pants is cool then call me Miles Davis.

Youth And Young Manhood by Kings of Leon

3.75 stars probably. I actually enjoy a lot of this album. It had a lot of charm in its emotion and really channeled classic rock a few times

Hybrid Theory by Linkin Park

The anthem of the 2000s boy culture. Rest in Power
