More of a mixed bag than I expected; some generational hits (Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean, PYT) but a couple immediate skips (Baby Be Mine, The Lady In My Life).
The first time I gave this a listen I completely zoned out; I felt it wouldn't be fair to give my thoughts at that point though and since it was only two (albeit incredibly long) songs, I gave it a second listen where I started noticing the complexities in the instrumentation a lot more. My opinions on jazz seem to fluctuate all the time, but to say the least I can appreciate this if not "love" it. I liked the second track more than the first, though.
I'm not sure I could pick out any songs in particular but I enjoyed listening to this album front to back; just really atmospheric and right up my alley.
