1001 Albums Summary

I’ve heard it before! Saw the strokes last weekend so it’s a bit ironic to see this as my first pull. It’s a good album

Not a huge fan of this one. I did enjoy the first two tracks, but I tuned out after that. She died yesterday. Great voice, just not a fan of country generally.

Adele reminds me so much of high school, which is the time she really blew up. I knew the hits on this one, but enjoyed some I had never heard before (He Won’t Go, I Found a Boy, and her Lovesong cover).

High energy. Jazz is not a genre I listen to frequently.

I disliked the opening track very much. It put me off from continuing this project. Today 9/8 I returned to the album and listened to it the whole way. I was surprised to see I did like some tracks, like dead embryonic cells. Metal is a genre I’ve never explored. Not sure if I would listen to this album again, but I did add the second track to my library.
