The Genius Of Ray Charles by Ray Charles
Aug 27 2026

I just love the jazzy big band sound. Grand orchestration and beautiful words, the vibes are just impeccable ! Dare I say, more rizz than Sinatra

The Cars by The Cars
Aug 28 2026

I liked it for the most part. It's very danceable which is something I appreciate most in songs, however as a whole record it's kinda samey. No song stood out to me in particular.

Harvest by Neil Young
Aug 29 2026

It's so beautifully simple. Neil's got a hypnotizing voice i just sunk into. There are two songs that seem very out of place to me, but maybe I just don't get it yet. Anyhow, Words (Between the Lines of Age) may just be one of my favorite songs ever.

Tidal by Fiona Apple
Aug 30 2026

It's safe to say I enjoy her angry energy on When The Pawn... more than this slower record. Nevertheless her voice is mesmerizing and unique. One of the best debut albums I've heard.

Aug 31 2026

Her incredible voice is heavily carrying this entire project. The instrumentals are just underwhelming in comparison. But still I just can't see a reason why anyone wouldn't like this record.

Sep 01 2026

The songs are so long for no apparent reason, it's very repetitive and I was very bored during the whole of it. At least it's not necessarily offensive to the ears.

I Should Coco by Supergrass
Sep 02 2026

It's energetic, dynamic and quite catchy. I liked the vocals and harmonies in particular, the instrumentals are very busy which is fine. Overall I'm not blown away but it was fun to listen to.

Steve McQueen by Prefab Sprout
Sep 03 2026

It's just 80s pop music. Nothing very special about it but it's certainly not bad. He's got a lovely voice.

Elastica by Elastica
Sep 04 2026

Way better than i expected honestly. I'm not blown away but the energy is good and I like adding female artists to my collection since I'm lacking in that department. Otherwise, it's kinda generic and samey.

Paul Simon by Paul Simon
Sep 05 2026

Incredibly beautiful but kinda boring for me. I usually loooove folk rock/blues but something about this record didn't click with me, I will give this another listen some time in the future for sure.

Debut by Björk
Sep 06 2026

This is my third time listening to this album and it's honestly never enough to fully experience and understand it. I know there's something special about this but at moments I just don't see it. She's got one of the most incredible voices in music.

Sep 07 2026

This is basically my introduction to hip-hop since it's the first record of the genre I've sat and listened to seriously, and right off the bat I knew I was in for a ride. I've never been into the genre too much, and a song had to really impress me for me to listen to it again, but this album is definitely going to make me take hip-hop into consideration more often.
