Excellent variety, with exciting composition and mixing. Favourite songs: Sitting up Straight, She's So Loose
This album is the most Eric of all Clapton. Majority of the album is a snooze-fest and Layla is overrated. 3 minutes being good out of a 7 minute song doesn't make it a good song. Last 4 minutes sound like uninspired egotistical jerking off with a guitar and piano - Outro should've been 1 minute tops. Also dislike how they "Clapton'd" all over beloved Little Wing like that. Decent production but the sound all melted together for me. 2/5 - "Eric Clapton? Yea, Clapton deez nuts."
