1001 Albums Summary

Classic album. Clearly the push from a basis of blues guitar into something more rock n roll.

Did not realize there is a UK version and a US version, especially when the streaming link is US and the album cover is UK. The US version is hard carried by Paint It Black and Under My Thumb. The UK version is overall worse. The chorused guitar part on Mother’s Little Helper is obnoxious, but I think the song itself is well written. The concept of Stupid Girl is funny but I think the song sucks.
