1001 Albums Summary

Drum solos are awesome, very classic rock. Idk what the reputation this album has in the classic rock/britrock community, but it’s really good. Stairway to Heaven is a really good track, despite its popularity. One thing is that I thought there were gonna be more drops, which would have brought the album higher up, but overall very good.

really solid 90s album, I havent really listened to the pixies beforehand (only where is my mind and here comes your man), but i found myself enjoying this one a lot. Best song is probably Velouria, imo, but overally this whole album was good. it had a really strong start, and mellowed out. I definitely need to listen to the pixies more, because this album really got me into them. I'm actually kinda hoping that they have more albums by the pixies on this list, because im really interesting in looking more into them.
