1001 Albums Summary

Eh. Didn’t really feel the vocals. Heart and Soul was probably the only stand out. This was my first time listening to Joy Division. Definitely don't think I will be replaying the album, unfortunately. I can appreciate it, but it just doesn't do anything for me.

Classic. Great work music

Some cool songs. Sounds like a mix of The Rolling Stones, Hendrix, and the zombies. The album just get like a collection of songs and didn’t have a good flow to it, which is important for me.

Never got into ZZ Top. Not really feelin this either

first time giving Leonard Cohen a listen. Only ever heard his most popular song before. Something about his voice doesn't resonate with me. Musically, the songs are cool, got a bit of a Simon & Garfunkel / Bob Dylan vibe to them. Don't know that I would revisit this album. Winter Lady was probably my favorite on this album.

Can hear the influences this has had on the music i grew up with. I just can't vibe with the voice. I want to like this more than i do.

Finally something I’ve listened to on repeat in the past. This album is great. Such good feels. Sparks, shiver, of course yellow! Great album from start to finish

I like some songs from The Rolling Stones. Preferred the Beatles over them tho.

King krule before king krule. And much like king krule, I couldn’t really dig this.

Feel bad giving Bowie 1 star, but I’ve just never been into him.

K dot. This was the first album I heard of his. Great album.

This jazz was very jazzy.

Love Bob Dylan. This was a good album. highlights were Tangled up in Blue, Simple Twist of Fate, You're Gonna Make me Lonesome When You Leave, and Shelter from the Storm.

some songs are tight. Couldnt make it through the whole album without skipping though.
