Dusty In Memphis
Dusty SpringfieldThis record is a beautiful snowglobe of the late 60s period. Classy, perfectly arranged orchestrations gently roll down like snowflakes on a landscape and Dusty's voice glows gold with the warmth of the hearth.

An interesting mix of blues, jazz and rock. The recording privileges voice over the instruments which is a shame because it sounds like the playing is good. I like this.

I have always had a difficult time with Transformer, I love Walk on the Wild Side and Perfect Day, Satellite of Love is good but I find Lou Reed's country-blues thing just not my thing. I know this is a great album but doesn't feel that consistent to me.
Seems like an influential record in the Electro-Pop genre, Joy Division sounds like OMD. Some nice, experimental yet accessibly pop songs.
Maybe some songs in the album, Like The Fear, are so great that makes the other songs look less good than they are.
What a collection of chart-topping head-banging hair-metal anthems. Talk about a genre classic. This used to represent all that was wrong in the world of rock but the mellower disposition of mature age helped me appreciate it for the great craft it is.
It's OK. Hard to get into for me.
All-time favourite. Everybody must listen to The Freewheelin'.
Amazing record, easily 10 years ahead of its time.
It's OK, sounds like a showcase of 90s dance music styles with a couple of very decent tunes.
It's OK, I guess the Eminem song is the best one
Not my cup of tea but a very well made record in the Brazilian tradition
Very glammy and free spirited, definitely an influential album but not my beat
