I have a hard time writing about music, and this album is a good example. It's cool, I just don't like the music. Do I understand why some people like it? Yes. Do I like it? No. Then how to rate it? 2.
Pretty terrible.
Garbage
I just really don't like the Beatles. Completely burned out on them. But this does get 1 additional star for Eleanor Rigby, which is a great song.
I am not a huge fan of theirs, but this holds up. There is some idiocy on the album, like Suck My Kiss, and the big thumbsucker that is Under the Bridge, but John Frusciante's sunshine bright tones cut through the funky sludge, creating a style that has earned its popularity.

I don't listen to a lot of jazz. I played in a jazz band in high school, and I do really like Ornette Coleman, but this didn't speak to me. It was 60 minutes of bass solos. Very, very good bass solos, but bass solos.
Not a big fan of the genre.

I am not a huge fan of the Beatles and am an even lesser fan of the older stuff.
One of the best albums ever.
Pretty terrible.
This was painfully difficult for me to listen to. This album created so many hit songs, and she is super talented, but I just really don't like 70s pop / soft rock.
Pretty good.
I am surprised I liked it, but I did.
Really good album. It's easy to see it as one of the bridges between so many different genres. It's both all over the place and coherent.
Garbage

All the songs sound the same.
Classic.
One reason I love 1001 albums generator is that I get to listen to things I have never heard before. This album was in many ways enjoyable, but I just hate pop music.
I had never heard of these guys. Not bad!
