1001 Albums Summary

TBH, will never revisit, though I hear more Hendrix in here than I'd ever like to give the band credit.

Did not know this was their second album in 1969. Cripple Creek as a standout.

Pretty cool concept album. I definitely hear The Beatles and The Who in here. Apparently one of the first concept rock operas. "Tommy" emerged from this? "Baron Saturday" "Mr Evasion" "Private Sorrow" "S.F. Sorrow is Born" are standouts.

Never listened to before, definitely dig it. "April Skies" "Darklands" "Deep One Perfect Morning" "Nine Million Rainy Days

Dated, but some nostalgia with "Santa Cruz" "Going Out of My Head" "The Weekend Starts Here"

Dig it more than I thought. Would revisit on a Sunday afternoon.

Like I suspected, I went in with prejudice and left the same way. Just not my type of rock or soft rock or whatever. Will not return.

They say it's one of the best live albums, I dig it.
