Talking HeadsEvery Talking Heads song sounds the same to me. I just don't really care for them too much. Favorite Tracks: "Take Me to the River"

First half starts off strong but that 18 minute track in the middle of the album loses the groove that had been established. "Hyperbollicsyllablesesquedalymistic" is a great title and a great track. That song is my hands down favorite of this album.
Easily one of my favorite albums of all time. Such a cohesive album, it's innovative and creative and inspires me to be my creative best. Nearly perfect album. Favorite Tracks: "Debaser" "I Bleed" "Monkey Gone to Heaven" "Hey" "Gouge Away" "Wave of Mutilation"
What a great 70's hard rock album! Nearly every song is a hit. Favorite Tracks: "Can't Get Enough" "Rock Steady" "Don't Let Me Down" "Bad Company"
Did not care for this album at all.

Good album to just throw on in the background while you're working around the house or in the office. Amazing how overlooked he is as a singer from this time period. Favorite Tracks: "If You Need Me" and "Can't Nobody Love You"
Absolutely hated this album. I can see its virtues for some people but definitely not one for me.
A modern classic. I didn't care for the skits at the end of the tracks but it was an amazing blend of decades of R & B and soul influences. Now this album, in turn, helped create the sound of the 00's and 10's. Favorite Tracks: "Doo Wop (That Thing)" "Final Hour" "Everything is Everything"
This is an easy entry for non classic rock listeners to break into the category. It's soft rock, easy listening album that actually goes by really quickly. There isn't a bad track on this album but besides the radio singles nothing else really shines. Favorite Tracks: "Maggie May" "Mandolin Wind" "(Find a) Reason to Believe"
I'm not so sure that Metallica didn't hear this album and decide to change direction based on this. Awesome 80's metal! Favorite Tracks: "Peace Sells" "Devil's Island"
Great, great, great album. Super chill but very intriguing. Loved it.
This is a nice album to sit back with a chilled whiskey in a nice chair and have a good listen. Favorite Tracks: "Woodstock" "Our House" "Teach Your Children"
Cool find! I've never heard of them before, they sound like an edgier version of the Velvet Underground. I can hear the groundwork for bands like the Clash and the Sex Pistols from this album. Favorite Tracks: "Roadrunner" "Pablo Picasso"
Nothing really remarkable about this album. It's not bad but it just sounds like every other alternative band from the early 2000's. Favorite Tracks: "There Goes the Fear"
Nice, positive, upbeat album. Nothing outstanding but would make for a good album on a day at the beach or a backyard BBQ. Favorite Tracks: "John Barleycorn"

If Van Morrison debuted in the 90's, this is the album you'd get. The album is fine, to me it just sounds likes a really good band at a farmers market.
I always thought she should have been a bigger deal in the 90's. If she debuted today, I feel like she would be a mega-star. Favorite Tracks: "Crucify" "Silent All These Years" "Little Earthquakes"
Every Talking Heads song sounds the same to me. I just don't really care for them too much. Favorite Tracks: "Take Me to the River"
Yes! This album starts so heavy with the devils chord and it commands your attention. This is a landmark hard rock album and a great one that still holds up. Favorite Tracks: "Black Sabbath" "The Wizard" "NIB"
This album must have been mind-blowing when it came out. It sounds so out of place for something that was released in 1969. It's more akin to what 1960's punk music would have sounded like but we are still nearly 10 years away from punk music hitting the scene. Favorite Tracks: "I Wanna be Your Dog" "No Fun" "Little Doll"
What a great 70's hard rock album! Nearly every song is a hit. Favorite Tracks: "Can't Get Enough" "Rock Steady" "Don't Let Me Down" "Bad Company"
This is a fascinating album that I have never heard before. This is one of those albums that you just need to sit down and enjoy in its entirety. Will definitely put this into rotation. Favorite Tracks: "Paris 1919" "Child's Christmas in Wales"
Fun album that besides a few songs, sounds a little ahead of its time. It reminds me of a female led Clash before the Clash. Favorite Tracks: "One Way or Another" "Pretty Baby" "Heart of Glass"
Did not care for this album at all.
It's impossible to not love Fats Domino. I can picture myself in a bar in New Orleans right now listening to this album. Favorite Tracks: "Blueberry Hill" "Blue Monday"
