Rust Never Sleeps
Neil Young & Crazy HorseNot my favorite Neil Young album, but fuck Joe Rogan.

Contrasting album. Some pieces are really good: All my loving, Don't bother me, Hold me Tight and You really got a hold on me. Some others are absolute trash, like Little Child, Mr Postman and I wanna be your man. Not the album you introduce someone to the Beatles with. Also, many of these aren't even originals of theirs.
3.5. Pretty chill. Noting truly special.
Nothing special. Behind the wheel and Route 66 are decent. The rest is unremarkable, no appeal for me. Can't give 2.5 stars. Flipping a coin between 2 and 3.
Not bad.
Starts great with an awesome riff and groovy stuff with Brown Sugar. Then an awkward attempt of a ballad from which the only good thing is the guitar solos. Wild Horses is decent though the chorus gets old quick. CYHMK is very nice. In general, a chill album with bluesy stuff, bit unexpected as a pretty much an ignorant on the RS. Guitar is great all along. Solid 4+
Some are catchy but not really my thing. This is like the 80s Beach Boys but more chaotic.
Starts nicely with an absolute banger. Lots of bluesy stuff that doesn't jump out but makes for some chill listening. 3.5 for me
Don't rate his singing, but the rest of it is great. Mojo Pin has nice progression. Grace is good (singing is mostly ok at beginning but later screams don't do it for me). Last Goodbye is nice. Lilac Wine is nice. So Real is very interesting. I never liked Hallelujah but admit it is well composed and executed. Dream brother is nice. 4-
Not my thing. Some good beats but wouldn't choose to play this myself. Defo wouldn't recommend to other people.
Well, I'm pretty tired of Imagine the song tbh. But the rest of the album is pretty good. Crippled, Jealous Guy and How do yo sleep are some of my Lennon favourites. The rest are unremarkable. This is a 3.5 for me. Because there are some good ones and a universal classic, giving it a 4.
Good stuff, especially the first 2. There's just a bit too much going on in the other 2. I'd never listened to HH before. Glad that mistake has been corrected
Not bad, but felt like a chore. Whisper whisper is good though.
Never liked Bowie, the album is decent. The style is grateful deadish and there are some nice guitars and drums in Station to Station, Stay and Wild is the wind. 3.5
Pretty good, some hits and some misses. Don't know much about the genre but sure will listen again.
My first listen was while working (coding) and it was nice, would give a 5 based on that, but ofc didnt pay much attention. Second listen I actually payed attention and have to say I like this. 4.5 but rounding it up
Not really my kind of rock. Songs seem well produced but the style doesn't hit me. Have to listen again but not out of how much I enjoyed it.
Too extroverted for me. Eases up towards the end. These guys sure are having a good time though. I liked Blow your mind and Music of the Mind. Ha, they should not sing at all maybe? Solid 2.5. Flipping coin.
Too british. Kind of like a cheap, but slightly more cheerful Smiths. Don't get the hype about Come On Eileen (had not heard it before). 2.5
Banger after banger after banger. What an absolute fucking gem of an album
What a fucking masterpiece. It doesn't get more epic than this. I'm not a metal head but Metallica are gods. And you pair them with a fucking orchestra? My goodness. Special shoutout to No Leaf Clover which here is absolutely perfect.
Not my favorite Neil Young album, but fuck Joe Rogan.
Weird, very nice guitars, kind of repetitive at times. Too artistic maybe. Kool Thing is a classic, but Titanium Expose is very nice too. Solid 4.
