The Grand Tour
George Jonesone of the great country voices
one of the great country voices
A masterpiece in every way
I had sort of decided this wasnt for me as I am not a massive pop fan, however this is an amazing album full of great records
a true classic, it can seem hard to get into initially but with a degree of perseverance you unlock a great album. Many layers and astounding writing.
A masterpiece in every way
a good album just not a favourite of mine
I love this album it is a classic
A good album but quite steady and one paced
Made me realise I liked them more than I thought
just could not get into it and I dont know why
Troublesome track aside this was an album that soundtracked my younger wilder years and I love it
I enjoyed it more than I thought I would its a really good album with some ace tracks, some fade a bit into the background which is why its not 5
Far better than I expected and some tracks I really recognised
I love this album and always have and for me all but one track are really strong 2 far is a track I dont remember with any fondness and i dont think it has improved but that is one track of an album of great tracks with some real stand out classics of the genre
Just not a band I have ever warmed too and this doesnt change it
It became background music too easily for me but i admire the musicianship
just not for me I really struggled to connect but she has a great voice
Genius
Classic
A far better album than I expected much blusier
I am doing something i shouldnt really and marking down a fine album as I struggle to balance the man and the music these days
Not for me
doesnt move me
didnt move me at all
not for me it just didnt connect at all, I appreciate the musician ship so this is a personal review about how i felt about it
I have always loved this album for all of its flaws and its genius
I had sort of decided this wasnt for me as I am not a massive pop fan, however this is an amazing album full of great records
Never a band that i clicked with but it is a good album not great in my opinion
I have always liked this album I just don't love it, some great tracks and some tracks that are just there
I love this band and always will
A great rock record
I just did not like it at all
not for me at all it is very slow and seems a generic 60s album
A great album from a great band
A decent track or two but all in all not for me
just a bit too gentle and folksy nice for me
Its ok I just didnt connect, I like the point it makes
A cracker and not one i know that well
Its not a favourite and to me sounds a bit dated
just not for me at all, too long and winding
not bad I don't love it as much as I hoped
A classic for a reason
I liked it proper punk/rock and roll
I liked this its a very upbeat and cheerful album
A classic
one of the great country voices
its good but not great, it sounds ahead of its time but dated nowadays
This is bias I know because of my opinion of Morrisey but I can no longer listen to much of this without hearing a whiny tone
I struggle to connect as it goes longer
A good call to arms punk style record
A really good album post punk can be very divisive but this is just good music played well it doesnt soften too much that it loses its roots
