1001 Albums Summary

Sounds like a Sunday night MTV band from 1990. Up my alley but by sing 3 I’m a bit bored. Not bad at all though. It really captures a time and place. I can see myself in my basement bedroom in 9th grade playing this while I talk on the phone to my friends and avoid homework.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like this but I ended up enjoying how chill it is. The first half is better than second half.

Still not a Rush fan, but I see the appeal.

I was too cool for this album when it came out but picked it up in the mid 2000s. Now it reminds me of Napster and bud light, both of which are gone from my life, but this album lives on.

Not my favorite Elvis Costello album, but still enjoyable. His guitar tuning and playing remains unmistakable to me.

This is a classic. It would interesting to know what Amy would have put out if she had been able to become healthy and keep recording.
