Fleet Foxes
Fleet FoxesJust alright. I don't find myself feeling driven to want to pursue listening regularly. It's sorta calming and good background music, but not something I'd pursue if I wanted to listen to something.

I'm surprised that I actually like it. A few of her songs are ultra familiar, but the rest just have that fun, upbeat 80s sound that is enjoyable!
I would never have known this was The Beach Boys. Feels very 60's/70's (barely 70s, I suppose). Was not particularly familiar with any of it except Surf's Up, which I only heard for the first time recently anyway. Just okay. At least a different style than the 50's style of most of the group's other familiar work.
Not bad! Immediate throwback to their song from The Grinch soundtrack. Novocaine For The Soul is my fav on the album, the rest are pretty moderate.
Pretty okay. Standard Eagles. Didn't stand out for me at all.
I was surprised to hear Remember, which may be my only familiarity with the group. Kinda dreamy overall.
Just okay. No strong feelings about Aerosmith.
Sort of a Bowie feel to some of it. It's alright. Don't think I'm very familiar, but it wasn't bad.
Much that's familiar, but also quite enjoyable.
nothing stand-out for me.
It was seeing the album cover as the music started that cued me into an openness to the band. I've heard them before but sort of dismissed them as an irish/polka-type group. Seeing how many members, and acknowledging how much more complex they are, and aligned to my past music interests (like ska) has flipped how I thought about this group.
I was partway through the album, thinking it sounded like a movie soundtrack, before I googled the album and found it was soundtrack music to a nonexistent movie!
Totally surprised that I enjoyed all the songs I wasn't familiar with!
Never heard of before. Very... 60s? Not bad, but not striking.
Not bad, just not my jam.
Unlikely I've ever heard before, but mega ties to the punk/ska stuff I've been interested in. Not bad!
Never heard of before. Okay background music. Not compelled.
ambient, background, fine but not music I'm seeking out
Okay, not bad, just not a huge Aerosmith fan.
