feel good music. nostalgia album for me.

can hear Stevie Wonders' influence on artists like Thundercat or Anderson Paak. Funky w/ a side of Jazz. Higher Ground track is a classic that has a bop to it that I love. Don't Worry About a Thing track is boomer city. Nice album just not my cup of tea.

reminds me of Crosby Stills Nash and Young. ok album, but lacks something compelling. first song best song.

I didn't realize I knew / had heard so much of PJ Harvey's songs. Cool album. Easy to listen to. Remnants of the 90s all over the place. Can definitely hear heavy influence from The Cranberries. Angsty. This is the album that you play on a road trip and end up falling asleep while driving.

my kind of album. psychedelia of the jazz rock type. intense yet meditative. definitely hear the influence on bands like the black keys and black rebel motorcycle club. i like this album, a lot.

the lyrics are amazing. very interesting album to listen to. definitely gives a unique perspective to the time period. track 10 has serious thundercat vibes. i feel like i have been looking for this album since 2016.
