Começa bem acústico e vai evoluindo para rock n roll full power, mostra o alcance do Neil. Pena não se ouvir mais o público. Engraçado começar e acabar com a mesma música, primeiro mais slow e no fim pesadão.

Pretty average garage-post-punky-brit-rocky album. It has attitude, but not too much - kinda repetitive and not very imaginative. 5/10.

Well produced and nice compositions, but a bit boring and forgettable, sounds like Alex wanted to test new vintage soundscapes which he would later lobby into Arctic Monkeys. 5/10

Not much to say, no faults, all of his genius encapsulated.

Amazing, was just relistening to this a couple of days ago. It's a great intimate album, which I cannot relisten to right now because of separation issues - it's too strong on the feels. His storytelling, word-choice and mundane discourse always fascinated me, one of the greats lyricists. 7/10
