I don’t see why I needed to listen to this before I died. I can appreciate hard rock / metal / whatever you want to define this album as. But I felt like it all kind of blended together and was just ok. Not bad music, that’s for sure. But nothing really struck me about it.

Good classic album that felt surprisingly country / folky for what I was expecting from the clap man.

Good jazz / funk album that I enjoyed a lot. She has a great voice and the vulnerability she puts on display throughout the album makes it feel very from the heart.

definitely felt the age of the album. Also can tell the influence it had on the Beastie Boys. Liked parts of it, as a whole its fine.
