Ill Communication by Beastie Boys
Nov 21 2022

Exemplary album of the 90's rock/rap genre. Root Down has really shows that their sound extends beyond the heavy and also delves into the funky and soul sounds. Despite this more easy song, the transition into sabotage, which is almost Motorhead like, is executed well. Ricky's Theme is a nice intermission with some room to breath for the listener. Liked the album, but it was way too long to enjoy in one session.
