Being There
WilcoVery average album No songs particularly memorable. Flow of the album feels like the band cannot decide on a genre

Overarching theme of melancholy Songs like Girlfriend in a coma sound like a parody of the band Mix of sad sounding songs in the major key giving them an initial disguise of a happy songs Some songs flow into each other as if the album is one song broken up into choruses verses bridges and interludes Album seems to give a feeling of thatcher England The band sound varies from school drama club to pub band to big stage band
Essential hip hop/rap Album starts strong with some amazing songs but fades to mediocre towards the end. The rap seems quite simple and basic in comparison to modern rap. Drum tracks are super tight and quintessential hip hop Lyrics wise it really shows its age on some songs
Classic 90s indie/britpop Album starts very strong, wains a little in the middle but over all a good solid album from an excellent band Some songs have an flavour of the Beatles
Excellent mellow/easy listening indie pop Snapshot of 90s indie pop Even their heavier sounding songs still have a mellow vibe
Some super cool ambient & neo psychedelic rock Whole album flows really well as if it is just one long song. Some songs are a feast for the ears without being overwhelming. Super melodic giving some songs a lullaby feel in parts.

Easy listening funk/ R&B Flow of the album is good, but no song stands out Feels very generic
Follow of the album is unique Seems to be structured like play or a book songs flow well into each other the only stand out song is Ms Jackson Overall a very average and dull album
Classic Bob Dylan Excellent early folk Early Bob Dylan at his best Very easy listening
Beautiful melodies Overarching theme of melancholy Lullaby feel at times very easy listening
Good funk/soul album Great instrument sections I feel that the fact that the main theme has been parodied so many times that it ruin my enjoyment o fit as i couldn't take it seriously Its a good album but not great one and i don't think you are missing out if you give it a skip
Excellent 90's Pop/Indie Pop Sounds like Blur/The Cure at times but is still its own thing Big 80s/90s vibes Good flow to the album
