Crime Of The Century by Supertramp
Mar 15 2023

This album introduced me to Supertramp. I knew Dreamer and Bloody Well Right from our local station KOKZ 105.7. Great band !!!

Mar 16 2023

This is a 5, no doubt about it! 8X multi-platinum! It made unplugged even more popular to me! All the chatter in the background between songs is classic. Adding Pat Smear & the Buck Owens guitar red, white, & blue) was awesome ! It seems like Kurt was even more irritated here and did not like being called a big/successful rock band. He was deceased before this was released so it was omen for things to come. RIP, Kurt! The phoenix out of the fire came were Dave Grohl & the Foo Fighter's, best rock band in the last 30 years! Nirvana lit the fire and I am forever grateful!

We Are Family by Sister Sledge
Mar 17 2023

"We are family" was the theme of the 1979 Pittsburgh Pirates (my memory most every time I hear this song). "He's the Greatest Dancer is good track as well.

Dear Science by TV On The Radio
Mar 20 2023

I have never heard of this artist before. I like the synthesizers and percussions, and I do like the song DLZ. It's now in my playlist.

Jazz Samba by Stan Getz
Mar 21 2023

I really enjoyed this album. The drums, shakers, and sax were awesome!

Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
Mar 22 2023

Gimme Shelter & You can't always get what you want are the obvious known classics. Not a huge Stones fan, but this is a very good album. The guiro at the start of GS is classic along with the shakers that come in later. The back up vocals are super powerful. Country Honk is a super cool in this version versus what you hear on the radio.

Parklife by Blur
Mar 23 2023

A very different album. Not my cup of tea.

Connected by Stereo MC's
Mar 24 2023

A very memorable album for me. Follow sure Connected and Step up.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
Mar 27 2023

Breakdown and American Girls are the easy ones. The rest of the album is ok.

xx by The xx
Apr 05 2023

I knew only the Intro. The rest are good.

Apr 07 2023

not exactly my cup of tea, but pretty good there's a lot of I believe Indian influence if I was hearing that correctly but I didn't absolutely hate it and I didn't love it .

Remain In Light by Talking Heads
Apr 10 2023

I'm most familiar with Once in Lifetime as this was always played early in MTVs life The rest of the album is pretty good. Some forward looking stuff that I don't think the masses were ready for

Natty Dread by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Apr 12 2023

Great album! No Woman, No Cry is the theme here....setting a chill vibe!
