Janelle Monáei liked some songs and hated some songs, only one was great, otherwise was very unpredictable. felt like all genres
i liked some songs and hated some songs, only one was great, otherwise was very unpredictable. felt like all genres
Few hits, like 'around the world'. otherwise consistent, electronic-y music. Liked it but i wouldn't say 'omg i love it all the songs are great'
Great hits like 'electric feel', all-time favorite, and some other perfect songs like 'kids'. overall all good songs too!
it was objectively okay, all songs are fairly well made, but nothing struck me as a great song, and I am not a big fan of this genre anyways, a bit slow and boring
i liked it, first half was better for me than the second, but again not my favorite genre
it felt like a musical album for broadway or a disney movie sountrack album but a bad one
this was a great album, i did not know this group before but i loved their style, its consistently good and vibey. i saved some songs to my playlists
good consistent album but none of the songs made me go wow
it was short and sweet and consistent, but some of the songs were meh to me, like 'we will fall', and 'ann', very slow
i liked it overall, good electronica sounds, sexy boy was a great song that i knew beforehand and totally forgot about
It was a consistent album, just none of the songs I was like "wow I need this in my playlist". it feels more like background music at a restaurant
great guitar and drum work, its also short and sweet, i don't like when albums are 30 hours for no reason with bunch of filler songs that don't mean anything
outside of "running up that hill(a deal with god)" which is a TikTok famous song, everything else was ok!
I liked this album, the last few (except the last) songs were not as good as the first few, but overall its a good vibe and she has a good voice. i liked "natural high" and "dy-na-mi-tee" and "put him out" the most
a lot of scratchy sounds and genre mixing between rock and rap and synth and jazz and acoustic and heavy. it was good but none of the songs hit me with wow
i liked the first songs, very vibes and soul, but they lost me in the interview parts.
overall it made me feel good, it was chill vibey songs but again its not a genre i listen to a lot, my only 'oo this is a good song' reaction was for "wouldn't it be nice", so 3.5
i liked lipstick vogue
i like 'immigrant song', and 'since i've been loving you'
i knew the songs 'somebody to love' and 'white rabbit' which i loved! others were good, i would say 3.7ish
it was good, all of the songs were good enough and similar to each other in vibes
rehab, you know i'm no good, back to black are 100/100 songs! tears dry on their own and love is a losing game are like 99/100 songs!
