Not a big fan of this one. To me I hear a lot of Bowie in the singer, but with a lispyness... The band is fine, the added strings and basic orchestra filler is ok too, but nothing that elevates it. "Friend of Ours" is a nice calm subtle gem.
A bit of a fever dream with many things happening all at once. Focusing on each corner of the recording studio makes it easy to digest and enjoy the collection of talent, but trying to take it all in at once is an effort. All in all, a very melodic and fun neurotic album.
Very Princey sounding with very heavy synth and heavy breathing. D.M.S.R. has a good funk and makes me want me to pull out the cardboard. Overall, it seems very dated and not really enjoyable.
Delightful.
Wow. Definitely understand where the likes of Ministry and NiN got their industrial vibe from. The punk fuzzy bass, over modulated distorted guitars, punk voice and speedy drum machine. Nice. Kinda like it.
Some nice power pop 90's stuff. Some cheesy wedding ballads too, but a decent blend for an album I've never given a chance to.
Awesome. The crowd brought the performance to life.
Meh. nope.
